Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do not arrange shipment on holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only:
- United States: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Other available regions: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or remote delivery locations. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery address. Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, additional reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages
If tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
1. Check with neighbors, building front desk, or local carrier office first.
2. Contact us via veenamyoaung576@gmail.com within 10 days after tracking shows delivered.

We will cooperate with the shipping carrier to investigate. Claims submitted after this time window may not be accepted.

Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check local import regulations before placing your order.
